Delete your account & data
You can ask us to permanently delete your OneMedPulse account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@onemedpulse.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account.” To help us locate your account quickly, please include the registered email and, if you added one, your registered mobile number.
✍️ Subject: Delete my account
🪪 Include: your registered email (and mobile, if any)
We verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting, so please send it from your registered email. If you can’t, email us from any address and we will verify your identity another way.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, we permanently delete:
- your account and sign-in credentials (email and any linked mobile number);
- your profile details (name, chosen edition, study preferences);
- your practice and test activity — question responses, mock-test sessions, scores, and readiness analytics computed from your attempts.
What we may retain, and for how long
We do not keep your personal study data after deletion. We may retain a minimal record only where the law requires it (for example, a transaction record if you ever made a purchase), for the period mandated by that law, after which it is deleted. Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
How long it takes
We action deletion requests within 30 days of verifying them and confirm by email once complete. Backups are purged on our provider’s rolling backup cycle shortly afterward.
